Lexington Christian Academy coach Ted Hall started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Tanner Walton, 6-1 Jr. Jeffrey Selby, 6-3 So. Tyler Hall, 5-9 So. Eli Green, and 6-0 Fr. Brayden Mirus.  Great Crossing coach Steve Page countered with 6-2 Jr. Tye Schureman, 6-2 Fr. Vince Dawson, 6-4 Jr. Kalib Perry, 5-7 Fr. Junius Burrell, and 5-10 Jr. Carson Walls.

 

Great Crossing pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Lexington Christian Academy by the score of 73-61.  The score was tied five times and there were eight lead changes in the game.   Great Crossing shot 48.9% from the field including eight of 20 from the three point line.  The Warhawks connected on 19 of 24 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 12 LCA turnovers.  LCA shot 50% from the field including 10 of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Eagles connected on one of two free throws, pulled down 23 rebounds, and scored four points off nine Great Crossing turnovers.

 

Junius Burrell led Great Crossing with 17 points including eight of 10 free throws, eight rebounds, and three assists.  Vince Dawson added 14 points including two three point baskets, six rebounds, and two assists.  Ty Schureman recorded 11 points including three three point baskets, six assists, and two steals.  Kalib Perry chipped in with eight points and five rebounds.  Carson Walls added eight points and four assists.

 

Tanner Walton led LCA with 20 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and three steals.  Jeffrey Selby added 11 points including three three point baskets.  Brayden Mirus recorded nine points and Tyler Hall added eight points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.
