Holmes coach Bradford Carr started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Quantez Calloway, 6-3 Sr. LC Brown, 6-6 So. Elan Elmer, 5-10 Sr. Tayquan Calloway, and 6-2 Sr. Johnathan Meyer.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-5 Jr. Jack Gohmann, 6-4 So. Hudson Sparks, 6-10 So. Reece Potter, 6-1 Sr. Ryan Russell, and 6-2 Sr. Ben Johnson.

Lexington Catholic defeated Holmes by the score of 85-60.  Lexington Catholic shot 54.7% from the field including seven of 17 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on eight of 12 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 23 points off 26 Holmes turnovers.  Holmes shot 45.6% from the field including six of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs connected on two of two free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Ben Johnson led Lexington Catholic with 34 points including seven three point baskets, seven rebounds, nine assists, and two steals.  Jack Gohmann added 17 points, seven assists, and four steals.  Ryan Russell recorded 16 points including four of five free throws, six rebounds, five assists, and five steals.  Reece Potter chipped in with six points, six rebounds, two blocked shots, and two steals.

Quantez Calloway led Holmes with 27 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  LC Brown added 15 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocked shots.
