Wayne County coach Mark McKinley started the following lineup: 5-6 So. Haleigh Criswell, 5-5 8^th Grade. Mariah Bowlin, 5-10 8^th Grade Mallory Campbell, 5-5 Fr. Jade Turner, and 5-8 Fr. Macey Blevins.  Barbourville coach Janet Jones countered with 5-8 Sr. Shelbie Jones, 5-7 So. Lucy Robinson, 5-9 Sr. Anna Daniels, 5-0 So. Abbagail Smith, and 5-3 8^th Grade  Caylan Mills.

Barbourville captured a close 53-50 decision over Wayne County.  Barbourville shot 37% from the field including two of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Tigers connected on 11 of 24 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored six points off 11 Wayne County turnovers.  Wayne County shot 41% from the field including three of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Cardinals connected on seven of 15 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored four points off eight Barbourville turnovers.

Anna Daniels led Barbourville with 23 points and 13 rebounds.  Shelbie Jones added 10 points and seven rebounds.  Abbagail Smith recorded 10 points and five rebounds.

Macey Blevins led Wayne County with 20 points and seven rebounds.  Mallory Campbell added 14 points and 10 rebounds.  Mariah Bowlin recorded nine points on three three point baskets.
