Scott defeated Franklin County by a score of 72-58 to hand Franklin County their first loss of the season. Scott shot 56.6% from the field including four of eight from the three point line. The Lady Eagles connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and committed 15 turnovers. Franklin County shot 44.3% from the field including nine of 25 from beyond the arc. The Lady Flyers connected on three of four free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and committed 20 turnovers.
5-8 Sr. Anna Clephane led Scott with 38 points and six steals. 5-5 Fr. Laci Reinhart added 15 points. 5-6 Jr. Summer Secrist recorded 10 points, six rebounds, and six steals.
5-8 Jr. Josie Thacker led Franklin County with 16 points including four three point baskets. 5-10 8th Grade Patience Laster added 13 points and seven rebounds. 5-5 Sr. Kindall Talley recorded eight points, three rebounds, four assists, and four steals.
