Tates Creek scored 14 points in the final quarter to pull away for a 28-11 victory over Harlan County.  Tates Creek recorded 18 first downs and 322 yards of total offense.  The Commodores were penalized nine times for 63 yards, lost two fumbles, and had two passes intercepted.  Harlan County recorded 14 first downs and 205 yards of total offense.  The Black Bears were penalized 11 times for 92 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Laron Warner led Tates Creek’s ground game with 70 yards on 16 carries.  Teonte White carried the ball 12 times for 58 yards and a touchdown.  Luke Duby completed 15 of 24 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions.  Jaden Baird caught three passes for 58 yards and two touchdowns.  Miles Thomas added two receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown.  Darryl Bell Jr. returned one kickoff for 29 yards.  Darryl Bell Jr. led the defense with six solo and four assisted tackles.  Teonte White added four solo and four assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Jaden Baird recorded three solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass he returned for 69 yards.

Quentin Mickens led Harlan County’s ground game with 55 yards on 19 carries.  Jacob Branson completed 11 of 20 passes for 67 yards and one touchdown with one interception.  Tyrese Simmons caught seven passes for 36 yards and one touchdown.  Jacob Ward led the defense with four solo and six assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards.  Tyrese Simmons added four solo and two assisted tackles.  Caleb Carmical and Christian Hall each recovered a fumble.  Devon Rodriguez intercepted a pass he returned for 19 yards.  Colby King also intercepted a pass.
