Henry Clay coach Eric Sanford started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Kerrigan Davis, 5-8 Jr. Anovia Byars, 5-11 Jr. Nakeisha Green, 5-6 Jr. T’Laya Lyvers, and 5-6 Sr. Destiny Carter.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 6-0 So. Mallie Cornett, 5-10 So. Lindsey Johns, 5-9 Sr. Raevin Cain, 5-5 Jr. Emily Willoughby, and 5-8 So. Kasi Schneid.

Henry Clay defeated Madison Central by a score of 68-41.  The third quarter proved to be disastrous for the Lady Indians as Henry Clay outscored them 19-7 to take control of the game.  Henry Clay shot 43.9% from the field including two of 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Blue Devils connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 31 points off 27 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 31.6% from the field including three of eight from beyond the arc.  The lady Indians connected on 14 of 22 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Henry Clay turnovers.

6-1 Sr. Hannah Young led Henry Clay with 13 points and seven rebounds.  T’Laya Lyvers added 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, and four steals.  5-10 Jr. Jordyn Jackson recorded seven points and six rebounds.  Anovia Byars also scored seven points and recorded three steals.

Kasi Schneid led Madison Central with 13 points including three three point baskets.  Lindsey Johns added 12 points and four steals.  Mallie Cornett pulled down five rebounds and blocked four shots.
