Friday August 30th

 

Madison Southern 56  Whitley County 14 Damien Harris carried the ball 12 times for 266 yards including TD runs of 13, 6, 67, 82, and 53 yards.

Nicholas County 22  Berea 12 – Turnovers doomed Berea tonight and Nicholas County held a 259-146 advantage in total yardage.

Madison Central 23  Woodford County 21Ben Durham kicked a 31 yard field goal with 0.7 seconds remaining on the clock to give the Indians the victory.

Boyle County 26  Warren Central 16 Aiden Stewart-Hoskins carried the ball 10 times for 94 yards and scored on runs of 15 and 2 yards and Seph Burke carried the ball 22 times for 98 yards to lead the Rebels to victory.

Mercer County 28  Danville 20Drew Davis passed for 122 yards and ran for 80 yards to lead the Titans to victory.

Glasgow 46  Garrard County 22 – Garrard County led 22-12 but Glasgow scored 34 unanswered points.  Marquez Trigg carried the ball 15 times for 171 yards and scored on runs of 4 and 66 yards.

Taylor County 19  Casey County 18 – Taylor County scored a touchdown in the final minute to earn the victory.

Pulaski County 38  Montgomery County 7 – Pulaski County intercepted four passes and Riley Hall completed 17 of 23 passes for 199 yards and one touchdown.  Hall also rushed for 63 yards and scored a touchdown.

Knox Central 31  Southwestern 28 OT Jacob Tate kicked a 19 yard field goal in overtime to win the game.

Belfry 37  Somerset 12 – Belfry held a 389-193 yards advantage in total yardage.

Russell County 48  Campbellsville 6Blake Ellis scored on punt returns of 54 and 44 yards and Evan Fletcher scored on punt returns of 44 and 83 yards to lead the victors.

Elizabethtown 28  Edmonson County 0Berneil Cecil carried the ball 17 times for 205 yards and scored on runs of 53, 14, 78, and 11 yards.

Franklin County 46  Western Hills 13 Lorenzo McCaskell scored on runs of 6 and 60 yards and caught a 46 yard touchdown pass.

Greenwood 17  Allen Count-Scottsville 6DeMarcus Porter ran for 210 yards and scored on runs of 12 and 53 yards to lead the victors.

Central 30  Lafayette 27Sebastian Francisco kicked a 26 yard field goal as time expired to give Central the victory.  Phillip Frances carried the ball 16 times for 169 yards and a touchdown and Donovan Lovan carried the ball 25 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.

Anderson County 50  George Rogers Clark 21Ryan Martin, Zach Carmichael, and Chris Toomey each ran for two touchdowns to lead the victors.

Tates Creek 41  Moore 0 Casey Grimes carried the ball nine times for 120 yards and two touchdowns and Graham Gordon completed 10 of 13 passes for 146 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Commodores.

Scott County 56  Ryle 14 – Scott County led 7-0 at halftime but exploded after halftime for the win.  Scott Daniel scored on a 55 yard punt return and had touchdown receptions of 36, 9, 52, and 5 yards from Clay McKee.

Henry Clay 52  Pike County Central 14Elijah Bell carried the ball 10 times for 211 yards including touchdown runs of 74, 3, and 43 yards and caught a 67 yard touchdown pass from Sammy Carter.

Paul Laurence Dunbar 27  East Jessamine 12 – Emory Thompson threw a 37 yard touchdown pass to Marcellis Means, scored on a 23 yard run, and intercepted a pass to lead the Bulldogs.

Lexington Christian Academy 33  Estill County 14Nick Whitman ran for 128 yards and two touchdowns and Dylan Lancaster added 130 yards and a touchdown to lead the Eagles.

Saturday August 31st

 

Conner 40  Boone County 7 – This game was called at halftime due to excessive heat.  Drew Barker carried the ball four times for 162 yards including touchdown runs of 75 and 80 yards.  Barker completed eight of 11 passes for 235 yards including touchdown passes of 49, 65, 63, and 39 yards.

Bourbon County 55  Lincoln County 14 QB Dalton Pope completed 10 of 17 passes for 277 yards and four touchdowns with three interceptions.  Pope threw TD passes of 11, 67, 21, and 48 yards.  Pope also carried the ball four times for 119 yards including a 39 yard touchdown run.

Sunday September 1st

 

St. Xavier 49  Lexington Catholic 28 – St. Xavier rolled up 485 yards of total offense.  Austin Davis scored three touchdowns on the ground and W. Roshkowski caught a 72 yard TD pass from BJ Nagle and scored on an 86 yard kickoff return.  Sam Letton caught five passes for 192 yards for Lexington Catholic including TD receptions of 28, 66, and 72 yards.  David Bouvier caught nine passes for 89 yards and scored on a 98 yard kickoff return.  Reese Ryan completed 19 of 35 passes for 313 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions.
