Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III started the following lineup: 6-8 Sr. Nick Trisko, 6-4 Sr. Aaron Evans, 6-9 Sr. Jackson Davis, 6-2 Jr. Lance Blakely, and 6-3 Sr. Tranard Chester.  Bryan Station coach Mike Allen countered with 6-3 Sr. Larry Morton, 6-2 Jr. Daquice Allen, 6-3 Sr. Tyler Smith, 6-0 Jr. Jordan Henry, and 6-1 Jr. Marcellous Washington.

Lafayette utilized their size and dominated the boards to pull away late for a 72-57 victory over Bryan Station.  There were 14 lead changes and three ties in this game.  Lafayette shot 50% from the field including six of 11 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 12 of 17 free throws, pulled down 47 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 12 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 36.7% from the field including seven of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 24 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 16 Lafayette turnovers.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 28 points, 16 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Tranard Chester added 17 points including five three point baskets, five rebounds, four assists, and four steals.  Nick Trisko recorded eight points and 10 rebounds and Aaron Evans chipped in with eight points and six rebounds.

5-10 So. C.J. Walker led Bryan Station with 24 points including three three point baskets.  Larry Morton added 11 points and Tyler Smith  chipped in with 10 points and seven rebounds.
