Madison Southern coach Summer Simmons started the following lineup: 5-9 Fr. Briana Lanham, 5-10 So. Rachel Ramey, 5-10 Sr. Hayden Westfall, 5-6 So. Samantha Parms, and 5-4 Jr. Kelle Scott.  Tates Creek coach Tina Winn countered with 5-8 Sr. Dominique Etling-Turner, 5-6 So. Haley Blackburn, 5-9 Sr. Katie Pippen, 5-5 Sr. Lexi Whaley, and 5-6 Sr. Oney Harrison.

Tates Creek outscored Madison Southern 22-4 in the final quarter in a 57-32 victory.  Tates Creek shot 29.2% from the field including three of 16 from the three point line.  The Lady Commodores connected on 16 of 25 free throws, pulled down 46 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 31 Madison Southern turnovers.  Madison Southern shot 25.5% from the field including two of 18 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Eagles connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored one point off seven Tates Creek turnovers.

Oney Harrison led Tates Creek with 20 points, five rebounds, and nine steals.  Dominique Etling-Turner added 19 points.  Katie Pippen recorded 12 points, 10 rebounds, and four steals.

Briana Lanham led Madison Southern with 18 points and eight rebounds.  Rachel Ramey added seven points, six rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
