Friday November 9th (Playoffs)

 

Class 1A

 

Kentucky Country Day 27  Russellville 12 – KCD recovered three fumbles and three interceptions in their victory tonight.

Pikeville 26  Raceland 20 (OT) – Chase Hall ran for a 10 yard score in overtime to give Pikeville the victory.

Hazard 47  Pineville 14 – Brandon Jones scored on runs of 10, 14, 31, 8, and 14 yards to lead Hazard to victory.

Danville 16  Prestonsburg 14 – Jadarius Brown carried the ball 16 times for 1-7 yards to lead the Admirals to victory.

Somerset 42  Lexington Christian Academy 19 – Somerset ran for 253 yards and five touchdowns in their victory.

Belfry 48  Lawrence County 6 – Justin Johnson ran for touchdowns of 63, 9, and 11 yards to lead Belfry to victory.

Bell County 35  LaRue County 14 – Johnathan Polly scored on runs of 1, 27, 39, and 3 yards to lead Bell County.

Bourbon County 49  Garrard county 8 – Kentayvous Hopkins carried the ball 14 times for 170 yards including touchdown runs of 60 and 79 yards and scored on a 50 yard punt return to lead Bourbon County.

Central 21  Wayne County 18 – Sydney Tedford came in to lead Central to victory after QB Taeshawn Gibbs suffered a concussion.  Tedford threw a 60 yard touchdown pass to Devonte Yelder with 1:18 left in the game to win the game.

Breathitt County 54  Pike County Central 18 – QB Richard Trent completed eight of 11 passes for 145 yards and carried the ball 15 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.  Jamie Watkins added 145 yards on the ground including TD runs of 17, 1, and 52 yards.

Mason County 40  Fleming County 21 – Rashon Nelson carried the ball 39 times for 266 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Royals.

 

Monroe County 28  Paducah Tilghman 20

South Warren 24  Fort Campbell 7

 

Class 4A

 

Boyle County 14  Russell County 6 – Boyle County shut down the Russell County offense that had been averaging 49 ppg.

Western 46  Nelson County 35 – Adrian Williams carried the ball five times for 190 yards and four touchdowns to lead Western.

Collins 49  Doss 30 – DeAndre Pharris ran for 162 yards and two touchdowns and caught three passes for 84 yards and a touchdown to lead the victors.

Lexington Catholic 35  Knox Central 6 – Lexington Catholic’s defense held Knox Central scoreless until the last play of the game.

Cooper 49  South Oldham 28 – A.J. Collins ran for 234 yards and four touchdowns to lead the victors.

Jeffersontown 42  Shelby County 33 – Richard Deloney carried the ball 17 times for 181 yards and three touchdowns to lead Jeffersontown.

Franklin County 62  Conner 59 – Ryan Timmons carried the ball 15 times for 184 yards including touchdown runs of 50, 6, 33, and 52 yards to lead Franklin County.

Ballard 30  Oldham County 14 – Tyler Owens completed 12 of 17 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown to lead Ballard.

Butler 24  Meade County 21 – Aaron Miles kicked a 25 yard field goal to give Butler the victory.

Scott County 70  Henry Clay 7 – Dier. Dumphord carried the ball 27 times for 200 and three touchdowns to lead the Cardinals.

Simon Kenton 29  Campbell County 21 – Andrew Sampson led the Simon Kenton ground game with 115 yards on 17 carries.

St. Xavier 55  Male 14 – Austin Gahafer completed five of seven passes for 177 yards and three touchdowns in the first half to lead the Tigers.

Trinity 62  Madison Central 8 – Trinity raced out to a 49-0 halftime lead on their way to a victory.
