2010 17th District Tournament Championship (Girls)

Central Hardin High School

Cecilia, KY

February 24th, 2010

 

North Hardin coach James Slaven started the following lineup: 5-8 Fr. Chanel Roberts, 5-9 Sr. Michelle Mosley, 5-11 Sr. Destiny Bramblett, 5-3 Sr. Lexi Taft, and 5-4 So. Brianna Woodson.  Elizabethtown coach Tim Mudd countered with 5-7 So. Tara Gilpin, 5-10 So. Kaylyn Cecil, 6-0 Jr, Adelaide Luckett, 5-8 Jr. Hannah Hart, and 5-6 Jr. Natalie Greenwell.

Elizabethtown defeated North Hardin by a score of 44-32.  Elizabethtown shot 31.3% from the field including five of 28 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on nine of 13 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 18 North Hardin turnovers.  North Hardin shot 25% from the field including four of 14 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Trojans connected on four of eight free throws, pulled down 41 rebounds, and scored four points off 12 Elizabethtown turnovers.

Natalie Greenwell led Elizabethtown with 18 points including three three point baskets.  Adelaide Luckett recorded six points, 11 rebounds, and five assists.

Chanel Roberts led North Hardin with nine points and six rebounds.  Brianna Woodson added nine points on three three point baskets.  Destiny Bramblett chipped in with seven points, 13 rebounds, and five steals.
