Indiana started the following lineup: Anthony Leal, Trey Galloway, Dre Davis, Nijel Pack, and Jaden Ivy. Kentucky countered with Cody Potter, Alex Matthews, Rashad Bishop, Dayvion McKnight, and Luke Morrison.
Kentucky defeated Indiana by a score of 115-104. Indiana led 43-23 in the first half but Kentucky buoyed by a 21-3 run completed the comeback. There were nine lead changes and one tie in the game. Kentucky shot 42.6% from the field including 15 of 35 from the three point line. They connected on 14 of 19 free throws, pulled down 65 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 13 Indiana turnovers. Indiana shot 44.9% from the field including 15 of 40 from beyond the arc. They connected on nine of 16 free throws, pulled down 50 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 11 Kentucky turnovers.
Marques Warrick led Kentucky with 19 points including three three point baskets and six rebounds. Dayvion McKnight added 18 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, and two steals. Cody Potter recorded 14 points including four three point baskets. Kenny White chipped in with 11 points, four rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Tyren Moore also scored 11 points. Brayden Sebastian also reached double figures with 10 points. JJ Traynor added eight points and nine rebounds. Ksuan Casey recorded seven points and nine rebounds.
Dre Davis led Indiana with 18 points and eight rebounds. Trey Galloway added 13 points and five rebounds. Jaden Ivy recorded 13 points including three three point baskets. Anthony Leal chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets. Kiyron Powell added 10 points and seven rebounds.
