REFEREE HARVEY
Harvey has been a pro wrestling referee for a long time and is considered the best referee in Independent Wrestling. He has been trained by some of the best referees in the world. He is not afraid to make himself known to the wrestlers no matter how big they are. Harvey wants them to know that he IS the law and order in the ring.
