The Lady's Tudor

The Lady's Tudor
Zebra Splendor Historical Romance/1999

Robin Schone

Elizabeth was married at seventeen to a man picked for her by her father, for sixteen years she was the perfect Victorian wife bearing him two sons and enduring a cold passionless marriage. She decides she deserves more and sets about learning how to seduce her husband, little knowing his deep dark secrets.

Elizabeth knows of only one person who can teach her what she needs to know, Ramiel Devington. Ramiel is the bastard son of an English countress and an Arab shiek. He is well versed in the pleasures of the Eastern culture. Elizabeth challenges Ramiel to teach her the ways of love, thus begins a journey of discovery. She learns about her passionate nature and she also learns of the secrets long protected by her family.

This is a fascinating story, and very well written. While it has some very explicit language I found it in no way offensive. It does deal with mature subject matter and may not be suitable for younger readers.

EXCELLENT
