The Seeker

AUTHOR: Kathleen Nance

PUBLISHER: LoveSpell

PUBLISHING DATE: January 2002

During the past six months Hugh Pendragon has been losing his special powers and he fears that one-day he will misinterpret the visions he uses when he helps the police locate a missing person. He has decided to use solitude to deal with this lost but he makes an exception to view Dia Twelawny's magic show. He had met Dia months ago and was intrigued by her.

Dia Twelawny is a magican who is on tour and is now in Chicago. Following her performance, Dia learns her sister Liza has left on a romantic adventure leaving her in charge of Liza's children. Dia knows she must find Liza because she cannot watch the children, she is being blackmailed by Demetria Cesare, once known as the ancient Goddess Demeter. Demetria plans to use Dia to destroy Hugh, a descendent of her enemy Hades. At the same time the matchmaking attempts of Zeke “Zeus” Jupiter and Harriet “Hera” Juneau, who need to make amends for all the trouble they caused mortals millenniums ago, select Dia and Hugh as their current project.

This is the latest in the Zeus-Hera matchmaking tales, THE SEEKER, is an engaging story that you'll be sorry to see end. My only compliant is we didn't "see" as much of Zeus and Hera in this book as in the other ones but Kathleen Nance still provides fans of paranormal romance with an enchanting story.

EXCELLENT
