I thought this book was good, but I didn't think that it had the same oomph as I've felt from her other books like Nobody's Baby But Mine or Heaven, Texas. I just love the writing style of Ms. Phillips, that's what makes this book so good. The storyline is not quite there and the characters are sometimes annoying but somehow it all comes together.
This Heart of Mine, about Molly Somerville and Kevin Tucker takes characters from It Had to Be You, and Nobody's Baby But Mine, and gives them their own story. Molly compromises Kevin while he's asleep and she ends up pregnant! But from that start, they make it through the story with laughter and love and a few tears, and you're just glad that you're able to take part in it. If You have like Ms. Phillips other books then you will enjoy this one too.
