Will you keep the sore?
Will you Build?
Will you Be Prepared?
Or will you be found unprepared with a big sore and tearing down?
I don't know about you brother or sister but I am going to be found healed, prepared and building!
I want to hear my Father say well done my child; enter in thy good and faithful servant.
We don't have much time left in this walk here below so why not spend it giving faith and hope to others?
Witness to people that come across your path, tell them how God sent His only begotten son to die for their sins and most importantly let them see God's love in your talk and in your actions.
Our day to day living is the biggest witness of all to the lost, do they see God through us or do they see a hypocrite through us?
My Brother, My Sister,; Just what will you do?
Do you get mad when someone speaks the truth?
Do you get mad at your Preacher, Deacon or Teacher?
If God's word hurts, or angers you then you have a sore spot.
What are you going to do about it?
Are you going to heal that sore, or let it get worse until it has engulfed you completely?
That sore was created when you got angry at something and continued to get angry when something was said or done to you.
Each and every time you have got angry you have added to the sore, anger is a germ that forms and feeds the sore until it is a full-blown cancer of the Spirit.
The more you get angry the more it grows drawing you farther and farther away from God.
You try to draw closer to God, but try as you might there seems to be a gap there.
This sore is building a wall between you and Him and pretty soon you will be totally blocked off by this wall of anger, feeling all alone.
You will start to feel like your prayers are not being heard as if they are not even making it past the ceiling or just going out into emptiness.
You will think that no one understands what you are going through and the final stage of this cancer is total despair in your spirit.
Now before you can do anything about this cancer you must first come to realize that there is a cancer of the spirit just the same as if it were a flesh cancer.
Once you acknowledge this then you need to find a secluded spot where you feel comfortable and get down on your knees before the Lord and ask Him to come back into your life and to forgive you of the sin that created this to start with.
Now ask Him to heal your spirit and fill it with His Love, Joy and Peace.
Only Jesus Christ's presence in your life can heal this.
Mommy can't heal you, Daddy can't heal you, and the Doctors can't heal you.
Only Jesus Christ can.
BUILDER; DON'T TEAR DOWN !
You can tear down a building in just a short time with a bulldozer, To build one takes longer, it takes laying a foundation, laying bricks on top of bricks till the job is done.
You are called to build not to tear down.
When you find yourself talking about someone, about how bad they have acted,STOP right there and start praying for them and continue to pray daily for them until the job is done.
When you pray you are building.
You have laid the foundation by witnessing, now you are brick laying by praying.
Keep laying brick on brick on top of brick until it is finished.
When you build a house, if you leave out the supports the house will not stand, it will fall.
Well you are the supports for that person so get to praying, get those bricks laid, get the supports in place so their house will stand strong and firm.
BE PREPARED !
God tells us to be watchful cause we know not the hour of His return.
When you go some place you tell your children when you will return and they are prepared because they knew exactly when, but had it been later they would have thought; well it will be awhile and start acting up, doing things you have told them not to do.
You arrive and catch them in the act and you naturally discipline them accordingly.
Well we are in this same position as Christians, our father has told us he will return and what we are and are not to do.
Now like those children we know not the exact time so are we going to act up , do what we have been told not to do and get caught in disobedience or are we going to be prepared when He comes?
He gave us an instruction book to read and follow so that we could be prepared, It is THE HOLY BIBLE, read it, read it, and read it again.
Put the word of God into your heart, soul and mind because there is coming a day very, very soon that it will be a forbidden book to own.
Will you have the instructions engraved into your heart?
In these troublesome days we need to be prepared more than ever.
We are about to be taken before the judges just as the bible tells us.
Are you prepared for this?
Will you stand strong for God against your adversary in the face of being beaten, imprisoned or even killed or will you be weak and faint at the mere sight of trouble?
In some countries today there are Christians being brutally beaten and killed for being
Christians.
We are living in the latter days and you need to decide whom you are going to serve once and for all.
Going around the mulberry bush days are over, it is time to get to work for God's kingdom.
You can give me all kinds of excuses for not doing God's will, but on that great judgment day, standing before God there will be no excuses.
Are you ready?
Are you prepared?
