Soon it was McKennah's last day on the tour, she would be leaving the next afternoon, and they were now in Madrid, Spain.
Justin tugged on McKennah's hand, "Coomme ooon!"
"Quit pullin' my arm off!"
"You gotta see this and we got to hurry before Dre finds us!"
She laughed and looked behind her to see Andre following, a grim smile plastered on his face, "Too late J!"
She heard him groan but he continued pulling her up behind him, "He can't get to us yet!"
"Dude, he's right behind me!"
Finally, he stopped and McKennah got the chance to catch her breath. She smacked Justin on the arm, "Next time, I'll lead!"
He just grinned and put his arm around her waist, "What'd I tell ya? Isn't that breathtaking?"
Her breath finally caught up with her and she looked ahead of her, he was right, the view was breathtaking from the top of their hotel. "When'd you find this?"
"Last night, remember when I like disappeared?"
"Uh huh.."
"Well..I wandered up here and I saw this..look at the sun, we can watch it set and everything..and no interupptions."
Andre had stopped his pursuit and just shook his head before turning and going back to wait for them at the bottom of the stairs.
Justin pulled McKennah closer and he rested his chin on her shoulder, "I'm so glad you came McKennah..I know this was your Spring Break and everything...I'm just glad you got to spend it with us.."
"I'm glad I actually stayed Justin. And don't worry, I couldn't of asked for a better vacation from school."
"Sooo..."
"Sooo..what?"
He smiled, "What do you think'll happen when you get home?"
"What do you mean?"
"Well..my mom and your mom have probably talked since the last time we talked to them. Which means, they assume some things....which in turn means they're going to BOTH grill you for answers..what are you gonna tell them?"
She laughed, "My mom and your mom have got to stop gossiping!! I don't know what to tell them....what are we Justin??"
"I think..we're friends..with benefits.."
"Yeah, some good ass benefits, if you ask me."
"McKennah!"
She laughed as he playfully pushed her away and stalked to the other end of the roof. She laughed and crossed her arms in front of her, "Well then Mr. Timberlake, what are we in ways of a relationship?"
He didn't answer as he leaned over the edge just a little to look down. Hordes of girls had barricaded themselves outside of the hotel the morning they had arrived and no just a few were left. He sighed and turned around, leaning against the wall. "I don't know McKennah...you know how my life is...it's hectic..I have no private life whatsoever. I love you so much McKennah...but I also love you enough to where I don't want to be with you..."
"Justin...."
His eyes closed and she could see that he tensed up, "That didn't quite come out right, did it? I mean..I love you so much McKennah...but..I know that'd it'd be so hard to be in a relationship with you."
McKennah stopped in front of him, "What are you trying to say Justin?"
"I don't really know..this is...this is...just coming from my heart..I'm trying to be honest here.."
"You make it sound like you don't ever want to be with me."
"What? God no, that is so not true. I do want to be with you Kennah.."
She tugged on him until he was off the wall and she took his hands in hers, "I want to be with you too Justin..I love you J...I know it'd be hard..hell, near impossible...but I think we could do it...we've practically done it for the past couple years anyways!"
He bent down so he could see into her eyes, "Are you absolutely, positively sure?"
"Yes. Are you?"
A smile tugged on his mouth, "You know it baby."
"Ok..so we are??"
"Wait! I gotta do this right!"
"Do what right?," She asked confused as he ran to the door and turned around dramatically, "Justin? What are you doing??"
He ran, like he had just run up 6 flights of stairs and dramatically fell to the ground in front of her, grabbing ahold of her hands, "McKennah? Will you be my girlfriend?"
She laughed and nodded, "Sure Justin."
"WOOHOO!"
She laughed as he hugged her close to him and spun her around, he then set her on the ground, "Ok..now..there are some conditions.."
"Huh?"
"There's some conditions.."
"Okay.."
"No getting jealous when you read a TABLOID about me and Britney Spears..k? I've known her for like ever Kennah and we're going to be seen SOME places, ok?"
She nodded, "I'm so over that thing anyways! That it?"
"Yep."
She crossed her arms, an almost evil smile on her face, "Now, I have some conditions as well..."
"Ok..shoot."
"No getting jealous Justin when another guy even looks in my direction. Don't deny it cause we both know it's true! And I do have other guy friends, believe it or not, no getting jealous over them, ok?"
"Ok..I'll try..it may be hard..but I shall try."
She smiled, "Good. That's it."
He stepped forward, "We should seal this somehow..."
"Oh how would we do that Justin?"
He leaned down until his lips were nearly on hers before whispering, "We have to kiss."
"Ohhh..that's SO hard Justin."
He smiled, "I figured it would be baby."
Justin sighed and turned around to see McKennah coming back towards him, a weak smile on her face. "I said bye to the other guys.," She said once she was face to face with him.
He nodded, "Ok."
"Justin..don't pout, ppllease don't pout."
He smiled, "I'll try not to.."
"But you will."
"Yep, it's what I do best.," He said with a nod.
"I know...so..you'll be home when? Sorry, I forgot."
He smiled, "I'll be home April 30."
"Day I am done with school."
"Yep.."
"How long will you be home for?"
"A month..then we go back on tour in the States..you're coming, right?"
She nodded, "Yes...as far as I know."
"Ok."
Their heards turned as her flight was called to board and Justin felt his heart drop a little lower and he sighed, "This is it."
She nodded, "Yeah...don't worry Justin, only little over a month and you'll be home."
"I know...but still..this is hard!"
She smiled, "I know.."
"Come here Kennah."
She walked into his arms and he wrapped them around her and held her tightly, "Call me when you get home, ok? No matter how late or early it is, call me, okay?"
She nodded against his shoulder, "I will.."
"I love you.."
She smiled at him before planting a kiss on his lips, "I love you too Justin."
"You better go or I might just forget and keep you here all to myself."
"Ooooo..sounds so bad!"
He laughed, "Go McKennah."
"I'm goin', I'm goin', later Timbs!"
"Later.."
She picked up her backpack and pulled her boarding pass from her pocket, "Ok, I'm going."
"Ok."
"Bye."
"Bye."
She laughed, "This is gettin' ridiculous! I'll call you!"
"You better!"
"Bye J!"
He watched as she disappeared through the gates and boarded her plane. He waited until the plane left the ground before he turned and found Andre waiting patiently for him. "She get off okay?," Andre asked as Justin caught up with him and they walked towards the exit.
He nodded, "Yeah."
"You okay?"
"I know it'll only be a month till we get home but it seems like a friggen eternity."
Andre clapped him on the back lightly, "I know, but just think, this summer she'll be with you for three whole months."
"I know..I can't wait...only..one month..."
