The next day, Natalia was hanging out in her hotel room, her laptop opened on the table in front of her chatting with her brother, Michael. She was worn out from the night before, her and Nick had hung out in her room later than usual but she had managed to get up at least before noon. She smiled at something Michael wrote about his girlfriend; he was head over heels in love with this girl. There was a knock on the door and she said goodbye and told her brother she loved him and would call him later before getting up and going to the door. Nick smiled, "You been lookin' on the net?"
"Well hello to you too Nick, I'm having a wonderful day, how about you? No, I haven't..I was talking to Michael..why?"
He leaned down, kissing her quickly, "Sorry..hi, how are you? Great, wonderful. One of those girls last night apparently runs a website, someone took pictures of me and you and posted them, plus a little review about meeting me."
"Really?"
She closed the door behind him and followed him into the main room. He sat down in the chair before pulling her onto his lap, "Is it logged on?"
"Yep.."
He typed a few words here and there before a webpage popped up. He smiled, "I can't believe it.."
"You're happy about this?"
"It's not a hate page...they actually talk about how nice and pretty and friendly you were to them...see? Not all females hate you."
Natalia rolled her eyes, "Thanks for the vote of confidence Nick."
He smiled, "Just read.."
Natalia sighed and read what the girl had wrote about him and then her. Two of the pictures of the her and him were beside the section about her. She smiled, "Wow..it isn't a hate page..."
"I told you.."
"How did you find out about this?"
"My sister was on-line early this morning and found the link on some message board and then called me, leaving a message so I decided to check it out.."
"Ohhhh....wow..I can't believe it..a NICE webpage made about me.."
"See? There's nothing to worry about being with me.."
She leaned back into his arms, "I guess you were right.."
"Wait? What was that? Can you please state that again..who was right?"
She sighed, "You were, Nick."
"Who?"
"You! Now shut up!"
He laughed, kissing her cheek lightly, "I was just kidding..."
"So what are you up to today?"
"I've gotta get goin' here in a few minutes, we've got some stuff to do...can I call you when I get back in?"
"Sure..I'll probably be here.."
"Ok."
She stood up, "Have fun Nicky."
He kissed her gently, "I'll call you.."
"Ok..you do that."
She locked the door behind him and went back to her computer, logging back on to e-mail her brother. She smiled as she typed in the address to the webpage, leaving a message stating: I was afraid of being with him, but the more time I spend with him and the more I get to know him the more I come to care for him. We met these girls last night and apparently, one of them runs a page. I've seen practically all the hate-pages that could be made about the 'girl' seen with Nick Carter but this one just makes me smile. Michael, I guess ALL females don't completely hate me, huh? :) Love you, Natalia.
Natalia carried the two bags of food in one hand, her room key in the other as she made her way down to Nick's room. All the guys were staying in for the night so Natalia decided to be nice and bring Nick some dinner. She knocked on his door and waited, a tad bit impatiently, for him to answer.
Nick pulled it open, "Hey..come on in.."
"Thanks..I brought food."
He smiled, "I knew there was a reason I liked ya.."
She smiled as he kissed her quickly and then took the bags from her, walking into the main room and setting them on the table. "Hmm..I think I'm flattered."
He smiled, "Come on and get comfortable..we've got movies galore to watch.."
She grabbed some of the food and settled up at the head of the bed.
Not even an hour later, the other guys showed up at Nick's room. The smell of food and the offer of movies couldn't keep them away. It was a small party going on in Nick's room.
Nick had his arm around Natalia's shoulder and they were up at the head of the bed. Brian was in one chair by the table and window, Howie in the other on the other side of the table, AJ was lying on the floor at the foot of the bed and Kevin had taken the other chair on the other side of the bed. LeighAnne and Kristen had also shown up sometime in the last twenty minutes or so and had found spots on the floor as well.
Natalia leaned her head on Nick's shoulder, she was tired (although she had done practically nothing all day). Nick smiled, kissing the top of her head gently.
Natalia was slowly but surely beginning to fall asleep. Howie noticed Nick and Natalia's position first, and nodded to Brian. Brian smiled; the two of them were perfect for one another.
LeighAnne and Kristen finally noticed that none of the guys were paying attention to the movie and more attention to the slowly falling asleep couple on the bed. Kristen stood up, turning the tv off and pulled AJ up from the floor. "Hey! What was that for?!"
"SHHH! AJ!"
"Sorry!"
Kristen rolled her eyes and punched his arm playfully, "You all are acting like you're watchin' a porno or something!"
AJ snorted, loudly, which caused them all to dissolve into quiet laughter. LeighAnne pulled Brian up and nudged Howie up, "Come on you guys, give them some privacy."
Kevin nodded, getting up, "Yea..they're right..."
Kristen smiled, "Of course we are, we're women. Plus, in a couple more days she's not going to be seeing him as often as she is now...that's going to be hard for both of them..."
Everyone agreed and quietly left the room, Brian turning the light off before he left.
Nick smiled and opened one eye, he hadn't been fully asleep..especially after AJ snorted in his laughter. He looked at Natalia, she was still sound asleep, curled up next to him. He smiled and pulled the blanket over them; he was tired too.
