Jordan woke up early the next morning and took a quick shower. After that she threw on a pair of black Adidas pants and a tank top and a pair of shoes. She walked downstairs and fixed a bagel and got a glass of orange juice. Linda and her dad came down a few minutes later. "Morning Jordie..you're up earliy..," Her dad said.
Jordan nodded, "Yeah..me and Nick are supposed to go play basketball later.."
"Sounds like fun..I'm off..have a good day..," He said before kissing her on the forehead an leaving.
Linda fixed her travel cup of coffee and said, "I'm off too..Have a good time Jordan.."
"Bye Linda."
Jordan was left alone in the house again. She decided to watch some tv so she walked into the living room and flipped it on to MTV. She was contently watching a Brandy video when the doorbeel rang. Getting up, she threw away her napkin and ran to the door. She opened it to see Nick and his little brother. "Hey guys..," She said.
"Hey..I was hoping you'd be up.," Nick said.
"Yep...I'm an early-riser I guess..I wasn't expecting you for awhile..come on in."
They stepped inside and Aaron ran into the room to watch tv. "Jet-lag..i couldn't sleep anyways..we're supposed to meet Brian and AJ at thr park at 12, is that okay?"
Jordan nodded, "Yeah, that sounds fine.."
"Cool..I have to take Aaron too."
"Okay..whatever..," She said smiling.
They sat down on the couch and watched tv for awhile. Jordan noticed Aaron was getting fidgety and almost laughed when he turned around and asked for the millionth time, "When are we going to go??"
Nick groaned and said, "We'll go now so you'll be quiet!"
Jordan and Aaron laughed. "Come on Aaron, we'll go wait outside..," Jordan said getting up.
"Cool! Hurry Nick!"
Nick shook his head but followed them out the door. Aaron was showing off for Jordan by bouncing the basketball he had brought and was dribbling it around the driveway. He smiled and was glad that Aaron liked Jordan..he dind't want to admit it himself, since they had only known each other for like a day or so, but he was starting to like her. He hoped the other guys would like her too. "Come on you two..we gotta meet Bri and AJ..," Nick said grabbing the basketball from Aaron.
Jordan smiled and walked with Aaron and Nick towards the park.
