AJ helped Taylor up the stairs and into bed, where she almost immediately fell asleep. The medication she was on did that to her. Denise stood in the door way watching. "AJ, don't totally baby her..," She said softly.
"I know..I can't help it though. I know she likes to do things on her own but sometimes she just can't mom..how were the boys last night?"
"Just fine. I think they were a little surprised to see me and all but they did just fine. I put them down about an hour or so ago."
"Good..I hope Taylor gets better soon..," He said as they walked out and towards the twins' room.
"She'll be fine. Least it wasn't something too serious.."
"Mom..I really and truely know I can't live without her..I wouldn't know what to do..," He said as they looked in on the twins.
"I understand AJ. She feels the same way about you..you can just tell by the way she looks at you or whatever.."
"I'm really not looking forward to going back into the studio.."
"Why?"
"More nights of coming home about 2 a.m. Days of nothing but recording over and over. Then..we'll have to tour again.."
"Take them with you this time. I'm sure Kevin will be taking Maria along.."
"I know..but..she feels like she'd be crowding me..which she wouldn't."
"You'll just have to convince her that she wouldn't be, now won't you?"
AJ smiled, "Yep.."
Denise smiled before kissing his cheek, "You take care of yourself and her and these two..I'll call you later in the week.."
"K..thanks mom."
"No problem. Call me if you need anything.."
"AJ..I feel fine!," Taylor said getting aggravvated a couple days later.
"But.."
"No buts, I'm fine!," She exclaimed.
"Fine..I just don't want you getting sick again.," AJ said crossing his arms in front of him.
Taylor tried not to laugh as she saw the expression on AJ's face, he looked like a little kid who wasn't getting his way. She stood in front of him and took his hands, "AJ..I know you only want to help. And I appreciate it. But, the doctor said I would be fine after resting..I feel just fine and I want to go spend the day outside with Nicky and Chris.."
"But.."
"AJ..didn't I just tell you no buts?"
"Yes.."
"Okay then..you know I love you, right?"
"Yes..," He said smiling.
"Good..now, am I free to go outside?"
"Not yet.."
"Why?"
He pulled her closer, "You haven't properly kissed me yet.."
"Oh properly, huh?"
He grinned, "Yep.."
She wrapped her arms around him and kissed him. It was the first time in a long time they hadn't been interuppted while getting a few seconds alone together.
They walked downstairs and turned off the tv where the boys were watching some cartoon AJ had turned on. They took them outside to play.
Later that night, Taylor sat at the computer writing an e-mail to Alicia. She finished that and realized she had a message from Tony, her brother.
Taylor,
Hey, its me, just thought I'd write real quick. You better call sometime and you all will definately have to come up for a visit or something. Anyways, Linda, my girlfriend, was on-line the other night and found some pics. Of you, AJ and the twins. I don't think they were taken with your all's permission or anything. You all looked like you were at a park or something like that. I don't know. Here's the addy if you want to check it out. Talk to you later.

Taylor clicked on the link under the text and a page popped up a second later. She let it load and sure enough there were pictures of AJ, her, and the twins from when they were in Italy and when they had headed to a park maybe two weeks ago. "AJ!!!!<" She called.
AJ stampeded down the stairs and skided into the office, "What?! Whats wrong?! Who's hurt!?"
"Look! Someone's been taking pictures of us and the boys! Its on the net now!," She said pointing.
"Shit! I knew we couldn't keep them out of the spotlight forever..damnit..," He said sitting down at the desk.
"What happens now? Everyone knows what they look like..I don't think I've ever felt so violated..," She said sitting beside him.
"Well..we gotta do something.."
"But what?"
"I'll call Michael at The Firm tomorrow morning and ask him. I wouldn't be surprised if he told us to go to a magazine and do a shoot with the boys,.."
"But.."
"Taylor..people have always wanted to know what you look like, what you are like, what our sons look like, everything. I'm surprised it took this long.."
"Is that a good idea, to do a shoot, I mean?"
AJ sighed and got off the internet, "I don't know..I kinda think it'd put alot of things to rest and that'd be a good thing.."
She nodded, "Okay.."
"Don't worry about it..I'll talk to Michael and see what he thinks we should do..and we'll go from there, okay?'
"Okay.."
He smiled and kissed her gently, "Everything'll be fine, I promise."
