Welcome to The Friendship Register -- An exciting new club/newsletter for ladies
who enjoy pen pals, crafts, gardening, sharing and caring and just plain old
fun! We are a club/newsletter for YOU! Reader participation is the backbone of
this newsletter. EVERYONE is invited to submit articles, prizes, contests, original
crafts -- you name it! If it is of interest to YOU, send it in and everyone
else will enjoy it too.
Each month we feature one of our members in a Personal Profile so we can all get
better acquainted. In March we met . . . well, ME since that was the first
issue and I was the only one writing that issue. In Issue 2, we met Joy
from Ladysmith, South Africa. In Issue 3, we'll introduce you to Linda from
British Columbia, Canada.
Oh, did I mention that we have FREE pen pal listings, for both members and
non-members alike? And they are from around the world! Australia to Zealand,
okay, so that's really NEW Zealand! So come on abroad and meet a new friend
along the inky trail. Into computers and e-mail, you say, well, we print
e-mail addresses to!
And there's lots more . . . columns such as SO LITTLE TIME...SO MANY CRAFTS
and ARM CHAIR TRAVELER.
