Author's notes:     Well, I promised you a second generation, and I'm giving you a second generation!  Here it is, my little fic for the GW fanatics (yes, I am a GW fanatic {mostly Heero x Relena ^^v}, but isn't everyone?).  Yup, the boys have kids, and yup, the kids are now in charge of saving the world (geez, and I thought I had problems as a teenager ^^;).  Although, this might confuse some people, I'll just explain my little format to you.  I wrote this like an episode zero thing (ya see, already too much GW!).  This thing explains the past lives of all of the pilots. Enough of me blabbing, you want to get
to the story, right?  Well, here it is:

Episode Zero
Changes, Progressions, and War

~Hanna Yuy~

My childhood is when my training began.  I didn't have a normal childhood that they protrayed in the media, the kind when you made mistakes and your parents forgave then smothered you with love and affection.  No, my childhood would be a smack of reality for the so-called "baby" of the family.  Yes, I am the youngest.  My brother was three when I entered into this world, and he seems quite overprotective at times.

Being the chief foreign minister's daughter doesn't help either, I was to be perfect, on and off camera, as well as my brother.  We were the ideal family, the family everyone dreamed of having, except me.  I guess my father caught onto my feelings ever since I was five, and I punched a hole in the mansion wall because my mother refused to buy me a bicycle.  I know it sounds ridiculous now, but remember that I was five, and everyone else had a bike.  I wanted one, too.  I don't know how I managed such a feat, and at a very young age as well, but I did.

Swift punishment was dealt to me by my mother, and I was sent to my room, but I didn't care.  It felt good to punch that wall, and I didn't know why.  A little later, my father knocked on my door and asked permission to enter my room.  He wasn't a smiling person, like me, and I was closer to him than to my mother.  My father seemed to understand me like I was a part of him.  "Yes father?" were the words that came out of my mouth.

"I want to talk to you," my father replied.

"I'm sorry about the wall," I mechanically said.  I've been sorry many times, but this time, I didn't mean it.

"I'm not here because of the wall," father stated, as he looked at me with his eyes, the eyes that I have inherited, "I'm here because of how you did that to the wall."

"How?" I asked, with a questionable look on my face.

"Yes," father said as he sat down beside me, "how.  You see Hanna, that was an incredible feat, even for a little girl like you.  I didn't see that kind of strength... since I was a child."

A looked at my father.  Since HE was a child?  He never talked about his childhood, not even to mother.  But now, he's confiding in me, and I couldn't help but wonder why.  His story told of his own trainers, Odin and Dr. J, and how he had become the "perfect soldier" in everyone's eyes.  I listened, I understood, but I had to ask why.  Why me and why not my brother?  My father left me to ponder these thoughts, and the next day, he brought me to a room in the mansion I've never seen before, a fighting room filled with weapons of some sort.

Throwing me a glance, my father tells me to tackle him.  I did as he told me, and I landed face first onto the mat.  After a while of this (the trials and spills), I grew to be strong, observant, and able to take on any opponent with any weapon.  Now, my mission is to stop the war that the earth and colonies might progress to.

~Daniel Solo Maxwell (Danny)~

I remember most of my childhood.  I had a great one, living on the colonies.  It was peaceful, everyone got along, and I liked it that way.  My best friend was a boy named Jack, who was two years older than me.  He treated me like a kid brother, and we did everything together.  Even at school on the colonies, we were close.  Everyone knew us as the inseparable pair.  We even shared my father, since Jack was an orphan.  My family sort of adopted him as the "other son".  We had no problems, he even helped out in the family mechanic shop.

High school rolled along, and we still remained close, even though he was an upperclassman, and I was just a Freshman.  Then, a terrible thing happened, the earth wanted to control the colonies again, and a war broke out.  A battle broke out by our school, and everything went flying.  Mobile suits were everywhere, and objects were falling all over the place.  I was standing by a wall, too scared to save my own skin, and Jack pushed me aside.  My friend, my true friend, he pushed me aside and the wall toppled over onto him.  All I can remember was the silence, the screams that I omitted, the ambulance siren, the hospital, and the doctor's words, "I'm sorry, but we couldn't save him."

They couldn't save him, and it was my fault.  My father, being a man who seemed to understand this sort of thing, assured me that it wasn't my fault, that things happened for a reason.  Yeah, this happened because I was afraid.  I was afraid of the battle, and I couldn't help my best friend.  And now, a year later, the battles still haven't stopped, much to Vice Foreign Relena Peacecraft's disappointment.  My father came up with this hair-brained scheme that the whole family should move to earth, to start over again.  Start over, yeah right.  You mean like forget about what happened at the colony.  I went along, because my father insisted and plus he would kill me if I didn't.  My first reaction in coming here was, "Yeah, great.  This truly sucks."

Then I met Hanna Yuy.  Hanna, I saw her a few times before, when my father and mother took me to parties at the Peacecraft Mansion.  She was with her parents, Heero and Relena I believe.  Her brother was the vocal one, I can assure you, and she was just the quiet little girl with the dark-brown hair, sitting on the side while the other children played.  The thing I remember her most with were her eyes, he deep cobalt blue eyes that seemed to pierce your soul when you looked into them.  She carried a certain grace where ever she went, a grace which fascinated, yet disturbed me as well.  She went to the same school I did, in the Peacecraft territory and we said hi to each other a few times.  I didn't go there long until I realized that Hanna was keeping a secret, a secret in which she was the only keeper. I had to know what it was.

I didn't have to wait long, for she appeared at my father's shop one day.  I could hear them conversing through the window, and the tellings of a revolution wafted in the air.  A chance to protect the world and the colonies from having a war was offered to me by my father and Hanna (so, that was her little secret), and I've accepted it.  Look out earth, Danny
Maxwell is coming!

The Circus.  Bright lights, death-defying acts, taming animals.  That's my life.  At least, that's the life I've known and grown up with.  You see, I'm a circus acrobat in my Uncle Trowa's circus.  My mother is a knife-thrower and my father is a magician.  Well, at least this makes a unique family bio.  My uncle inherited this circus from the former ringmaster, who thought of him as his own son, and he has carried on the tradition of bringing entertainment throughout the world.

Being raised in a circus is not that bad.  I've learned many feats that seemed impossible to the average person.  And, thanks to my mother's teachings, I can accurately throw an object at my target.  My father also taught me the tricks of illusion, and how to disguise myself to the general public.

Life seemed peaceful, besides the traveling and the shows, but one day, an odd occurrence happened.  Mobile suits have been continually sighted by our performance areas, and they've been a constant threat to our shows and the people who attended them.  Now, I've also learned that my Uncle Trowa has been, in fact, a legendary Gundam pilot.  My uncle, a ruthless Gundam pilot?

That just seemed too absurd to even consider.  But, it is true.

To save the people from the troubles of war.  Uncle Trowa, I hope you know what you're doing when you sent me on this mission!

Sorry, that's all I could do for today.  Stay tuned though, more to come from this series (especially Wang and Quentin ep. zeros and the first fic! ^^).
