Dear Don:
We are down to the wire...
First a rehash...We get underway at 8:00, Friday
night, August 1 at Doug & Patti Millers (21 Mayo Avenue...off
of Mayo, off of N Ft Thomas Avenue, phone # 781-2115) $12.50 per
person. For Saturday night there has been a change. Instead
of the Embassy Suites, we will be getting together for dinner
and dancing at The Syndicate in Newport, $37.50 per person! The
doors open at 7:00 with dinner being served at 8:00! The Syndicate
is located between York and Monmouth, on fifth street in Newport...valet
parking is available for $2.00!
So far we have 16 for golf on Saturday morning at Highland Country Club! If you plan to play, please confirm with Steve Weber at 781-0370. Cost is $37 for 18 holes and cart, payable at 10:00 Saturday morning!

Dear Don:
We are being honest with you this time, Don...this
thing is really going to happen! We need to know by June 1st
if you plan to attend. Arrangements call for us to gather for
cocktails on Friday evening the 1st at the lavish Miller Estate.

the 2nd, will find us at the Embassy Suites RiverCenter in Covington
for a gala dinner dance. (please circle one: I will/will not attend
#___) Hotel reservations can be made at the hotel for 1 or 2
nights by calling 606-261-8400. CALL SOON AS SPACE IS GOING FAST!
I always wanted to say that
Due to an underwhelming lack of interest, there will
be no organized picnic this time around. However, golf is still
on the tentative schedule for Friday. (please circle one: I will/will
not play golf #___)
As promised, the costs have remained the same....$12.50
per person for Friday night and $37.50 for Saturday night. Please
send the balance owed for your planned activities to Pam Weber
as soon as possible...don't forget to deduct your deposit!
Again, included with this letter is a list of classmates
whose addresses we do not have, (it is a bit shorter now) please
forward any you have to Pam, QUICKLY.

Wide Web...No kidding...Ask Eddie Ginter, he found it! The address
is at the top of the page. For those of you with access to the
web and/or an email address, please check out the page for the
latest class news and an easy way for you to contact classmates
via the email. I bet the damn classes of 71 and 73 don't have
their own web page!

Dear Don:
Five more years have come and gone, Don...it's time
once again for the only class with class to get together for a
party. Our 25th year class reunion will be held the first weekend
of August. Tentative plans call for us to gather for cocktails
on Friday evening the 1st with a gala dinner dance to be held
on Saturday evening the 2nd.
Doug and Patti Miller were graciously volunteered
by others to host on Friday. Saturday night, we will be dining,
dancing and stuff at the beautiful Embassy Suites RiverCenter
in scenic Covington Kentucky. Rooms at discounted rates will
be available for anyone interested.
In addition to the above, golf on Friday afternoon
and/or a picnic on Sunday, may be in the cards if there is enough
interest...let us know.
The committee feels confident that the cost will
be the same (maybe less) as it was for the 20th reunion. Total
cost then, for both Friday & Saturday nights, was $50 per
person. As in the past, specific event prices will be available
for those who will only be able to attend one event.
Included with this letter is a list of classmates
whose addresses we do not have, along with a short questionnaire.
Please complete the questionnaire and forward any addresses you
may have as soon as possible.
So that we can get an idea of attendance and have a few bucks to operate with, we are asking that a $10 deposit be sent along with the questionnaire. The $10 will be applied to your event costs. All correspondence should be sent to Pam Torline Weber. Checks should be made payable to Pam.
