The satifaction of our clients is of the utmost importance to us. I have enjoyed building a relationship with every person or family that purchased a puppy from us. We send out a "Roundhead Family" newletter to keep everyone up to date on the happenings here at our kennel. We talk often to those individuals who trusted our kennel enough to purchase a dog from us. We are here to answer questions regarding diet, training, and share in the joy of their new puppy. I think you will find there is a difference in selecting a puppy from us. We also make ourselves available for those individuals who are just needing information regarding the breed. We enjoy these conversations as they promote the wonderful breed. Eric at Roundhead Kennels cares a lot about his dogs and the future homes for his puppies. He made us feel very comfortable, since we were unable to physically view our pup. He was always willing to answer questions and provide advice. When we received our puppy he was in in perfect condition. Eric is very professional and Roundhead Kennels was great to deal with. The puppy is perfect, everything I wanted. Buying a puppy from Kansas was easer than I would have thought, and she is a happy Canuck now. Eric has been great, he posted pictures weekly and sent me even more on my request. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our OBB puppy. Our puppy is amazing and is everything we could have asked for and more. I recently got a great puppy that I have since re-named Sully, and he is just the sweetest puppy, everyone that has laid on eyes on him fall in love with him instantly. His temperament is great, at just 10 weeks he already knows his name and lets us know when he needs to go out, and I have only had him a week. I live close to the kennel so I was able to see my puppies dad Bonner, work and have fun. Eric also gave me a lot of invaluable info about the breed and how best to care for him, and let me know if I had any questions at all that his phone or email was always available for a little advice. Ricketts Traveling to pick up Mugsy at Roundhead Kennels in Bonner Springs, Kansas was a great experience. Not only were the owners friendly they had a setup you felt great about buying a puppy from. We learned a few training tricks that the little guy goes nuts for! Apparently it IS in the genes. While at RH Kennel we met Bonner the resident Stud, he was wonderful with the puppies and seem to enjoy them tackling him. What a great temperament and good looking male dog. Rory and I were a bit torn to not have gotten a puppy from Bonner and Dottie breeding. We met Dottie and Kaw, the resident female OBB's at RH and they were a delight also. Kaw was owner centric but did a great belly roll for me so I could give her a scratch. Mugsy loves to get a belly rub just like his mum! I didn't get much time to spend with Dottie, she was distracted by the flying toys Kaw was playing with for me, but a nice size female dog that was similar in build to Bonner. All in all it was worth the trip to Kansas to pick the Mugsy up. However I think if you wanted to fly your pup home, RH Kennel appears to go the extra mile to ensure a safe and secure flight for the pups. Additionally we have contacted Eric Thomas at RH Kennel for advise as we have questions about Mugsy and he has been very open to our calls and helpful. With this being our first time to own an indoor pet we had many questions and concerns. He set our fears to rest and his enthusiasm for the OBB was contagious. He helped us see that every little boy needs a bulldog to love. He was so right!!! We have been thrilled with our new addition, Boomer. I've had my puppy for a week now and already have her responding to her new name (Roundhead named her Pumpkin and we named her Delilah) and sitting! She's a little smarty pants. Eric and his family take exceptional care of their dogs; the puppies are loved and socialized and the adult dogs are in great condition. Roundhead Kennels introduced potty training to my dog and when I received Willie (at six weeks) he was virtually potty trained! My dog is confident, loving, and smart.
