The Chiefs can only manage a single touchdown in Cleveland under the hapless leadership of Head Coach John Mackovic and QB Todd Blackledge.  Cleveland QB Bernie Kosar hits TE Ozzie Newsome and RB Earnest Byner for TDs to drop the Chiefs to 3-3.
