Sensei Harry Cook 6th Dan is a Senior Seijinkai Instructor of high quality, and author of many Martial Arts books. A good friend of Sensei Derek Ridgway, they conduct many training sessions and seminars together. Sensei Harry Cook is a serious Karate-Ka who Sensei Derek Ridgway holds in high regard. Sensei Harry Cook is also a fountain of knowledge in all the historical side of Karate and the Martial Arts.
