Ok, I can explain this picture of me in a "Super Buddies" t-shirt. Mulder has this little club, and somehow I got tricked into joining. This club consists of Mulder, Krycek, Skinner, Dana, Marita and myself. We go on road trips, or 'play' games. Football was the best. Mulder made the rule that we all had to wear our Super Buddies t-shirts. So that's why I'm wearing a bright green and red t-shirt...
Most of my friends are in the FBI; Mulder, Krycek, Skinner, Dana, and Monica. But I do have a friend that works for the U.N. Her name is Marita. I first met Mulder, Krycek, Skinner, Daba, and Marita when I joined the x-files division. They have this weird thing about calling eachother by their last names... except for Marita... I don't understand why.
I've met some really nice people in my life. Growing up I was good friends with Knowle Rohrer, Shannon McMohn, and Monica Reyes. Knowle was my best guy friend growing up. All of us would get together and play boot camp. As it turns out, Knowle, Shannon and myself all made it to the Marines. Monica didn't, but I never did see her able to go to the Marines and servive.
I've known Monica Reyes for all of my life it seems. We grew up together in small-town Texas. I became good friends with the Reyes family, despite their weird "feelings" (Hi Mon'!). I was there during her whole Brad obsession (FYI, Brad is now an Assistant Director here in DC). Monica and I tried to date eachother at one point in our lives, but that didn't work out because we mutually agreed we feel like brother and sister. Since Brad dumped her before our senior prom, I took her as my date. After high school Monica attended college in New Orleans and I attended Syracuse University in New York. I hadn't seen her in the longest of times, but now she's moved up here to D.C. It's great to see her again. I believe it's only a matter of time until Mulder decides she has to be in Super Buddies... hopefully her "feelings" will tell her to run for the hills.
Even though I may not admit it, I am friends with Brad Follmer. He was my roommate in high school (went to a boarding school on the east coast). He can be a jerk though. He broke Monica's heart several times. He would cheat on her, lie to her, and what not. I told him he should wise up. I'm not sure if he listens to me whenever we have those conversations, but sometimes I think he should. Hopefully he's grown up.
Somehow the gang managed to snap this picture of me yelling at Dana and Marita during my Super Buddies day. They didn't know the first thing about football and it was starting to rain. Marita named our team "The Terminators". Eventually, Dana and Marita became my cheerleaders and I beat a three man team of Mulder, Krycek and Skinner. I knew that the girls didn't really want to play on a wet muddy field, that's why we hung out at my place the rest of the day. It was enjoyable until Krycek and Marita used my living room floor for a non-Super Buddy activity, thus forcing Dana and I to go finish off some wine in my kitchen.
