Our KitchenWe got rid of the pink and blue flowered wallpaper that just didn't fit our personality. Dean picked out the Kiwi colour, Rebecca picked the trim colour and the border to match. We went with an Italian and fruit theme.All we need to do to finish off the kitchen is new flooring, a bigger fridge/freezer and a new set of pots and pans.

Sink Area
With a view of the backyard comes the only natural light for the kitchen. We decided to paint the main walls in a lighter colour with a darker highlight. We painted the back wall of one shelf in the darker colour to add a little depth, as they are only narrow shelves. |
The Cooking Arena
This is where Dean and Rebecca happen to spend alot of quality time, slaving over various meals, a few of which you can find on our recipe page. |
Dining Area
Although we eat most of our meals in the living room in front of the tv, the table is a good place for everyone to leave their various items. We do however, clean it off often to play family games. |
