Dan-yr-OgofIn 1912 the caves were found by two brothers Ashwell and Jeff Morgan. many kinds of "tites" can be found in the cave. Stalactites, stalgmites and the very rare Helectites. Helectites actually grow sideways! You can also see "curtains" of calcite through out the caves.

There are many waterfalls inside the caves. At one point you catually walk right between 2 waterfalls to get through the passage and end up quite wet if you linger even for seconds! |
