Workers Compensation Board Decisions (Full-text)

The Appeals Board Index of Decisions Web Site is maintained by the webmasters at the Appeals Board. This site is separate from and in addition to the Division of Workers Compensation's web site, which is maintained by the Kansas Dept of Human Resources (KDHR). The link, below to the Board Decisions (Full-text), is maintained by KDHR and is part of the Division of Workers Compensation's web site. If users have any problems accessing the Board Decisions (Full-Text), please go to KDHR's Home Page and contact the webmaster at KDHR for assistance.
Unfortunately, we have noticed that users have been experiencing some problems when trying to access the full-text version of the Board's decisions at the Division of Workers Compensation's web site.
There are two different mechanisms for accessing the Board's decisions on the Division of Workers Compensation's web site. You can choose either an "Individual Docket Number Search" or an "All Files Search." The "Individual Docket Number Search" is not allowing all users to access the Board decisions. Therefore, we recommend you use the "All Files Search." Once in the "All Files" directory, you then scroll down the list of docket numbers, arranged in ascending numerical order, and click on the appropriate decision to either view on-line, print or download. If a particular decision you want is not listed, call the Workers Compensation Research Department at (785)296-6762 to have the decision faxed or mailed to you.
**Note, the Appeals Board decisions are saved in a WordPerfect format. If you are using Word, the decisions should still open for viewing but some formatting may be lost.
Also, the Board's decisions on the Division of Workers Compensation's web site are only listed by docket numbers. If you know the case name but not the docket number, please go to the Case Name/ Docket Number/ Decision Date page, so that you can cross-reference the docket number you need. Thank you.
