Julie was Ashley when I saw Starlight Express for the first time in May 1997. I knew her from her former assignment in Grease, so I was happy to read familiar names at the cast board. From what I remember she made a good Ashley - sweet, but sexy and self-conscious. She also wasn't a beanpole like many other dancers in this role and I liked it very much that she filled the costume so good. :)
