For the Fire Works display you'll find Elli by the Bakery with her Granny she'll even have the snacks ready. Heheheh =).
For Star Night she'll be at the Church playing a Flute.
She'll Be inside the Bakery during Thanks Giving.
For New Years, She's at the Church Praying.

Events:
She visits your farm and gives you rice cakes.
The second time she visits your farm she'll give you cake.
Theres a scene with her where she is cooking a fish for Maria up in the mountain.
The Dream:
Her dream is about two people getting sick from eating mud pies, the next day go to the lower area of town with the library and stuff, you'll see
May and Stu making mud pies and Elli will come talk to you. Then she'll ask you if you were the person that got sick with her eating mud pies, say
yes.
Thanks Giving Eggs:
She'll come over the day before thanks Giving and ask you for six (6) eggs, sell them to her but say "Take Them".
Ankle: When she sprains her ankle she'll be up in the mountain (The first scene).
Jeff and Elli: If you don't go for her Jeff will, if he does watch for these scenerios: 1) Inside of the Bakery, you'll see Popuri buying a lot of stuff
to eat and Elli taking her orders. Elli will tell Popuri how lucky she is to not be soOoo fat, as she leaves Jeff enters and says he likes his girls plump
and Popuri just laughs. 2) You'll see them (Jeff+Elli) fishing, a fish will splash some water on Jeff and it'll spark a conversation between them.
BirthDay: For your Birthday, if both you and Elli are not married she'll give you an Embroidered Hankerchief i have no idea of what it does.
If your on good terms with Elli and your both not married she'll come by your farm sometime in Fall and take you to make Moon Drop Water with the
Goddess it'll happen sometime during Fall 1st-10th (Thats when I got it).
