Title: Angel Night Perfect Pairings: 1x2 Circle/DJka: Project J Date Published: NA Artwork: The artwork is cute and clean, though I'm sort of doubtful about those sausage bangs both Heero and Duo have *gives them the hairy eyeball* The only problem I had is that Duo's face, and sometimes Heero's, was well.. chubby o.O *shakes head* Been overindulging on the beer and pocky, those two . . . Plot: The plot's pretty damned simple ^^ It's after EW - hence the cover where Duo's wearing the spiffy red shirt and Heero's *actually* wearing jeans. Duo is a member of the Preventers and has a mission. He does a little angsting over the fact that Heero seems to have gone off with Relena. He admits that it was probably better this way blah blah blah ^^ Then, to his utter surprise his contact is Heero, who he meets at a hotel during the mission. Duo takes the opportunity to ask him if he's happy with her. Heero grabs him and asks why the hell he'd say something like that. Duo replies, shocked tone, aren't you with her? Don't you love her? Heero responds to that question with another question. Isn't Duo with *her* (her being Hilde.... ) Duo's shocked, it was never that way with Hilde. Then Heero sorta sighs and grabs Duo to give him a *chu*, and Duo is shocked~! What?! Why is Heero doing this? etc. etc. ^^ They admit their love for each other, they put the bed oh so conveniently near by to good use and they live happily ever after~ (quite literally o.O Duo runs towards a waiting Heero in the park . It's a bright sun shiney day and everything's a~ok with the world) Opinion: Umm.. yeah ^^ didn't the above summary sound like a fanfic? *sniggers* *chokes* at any rate ^^ The dj was.. blah... No surprises, just one cliche following another... and I dunno ^^ twas too much like a Harlequin novel for my good. (Duo clutches Heero's hands to his face and has happy memories, all the while blushing and making cow eyes at Heero *sweatdrops*) Am I being a bit too mean? *eyes dj* nah ^_^ Reviewed by Reishin BACK
