Even better, he's so sweet and smart! I haven't gotten to chill with him much these dayz, esp since he lives over in BFE on the other side of campus! But I love spending time with him, he's hilarious! Definitely one of those friends who you can always count on to be real with ya and give ya the bestest advice ever! boyz around. Hailing from Maryland he's a smooth dresser, has the spiky hair goin on and is smart too! (He's one of the frosh crew on my Rice pics page!) Get him tired, and you're gunna encounter one of THE goofiest people ever! But ya gotta love him! I've known this character since Owl Weekend and he has always shown me such kindness and an open heart. Victor has such a huge heart and I love him to pieces!!! UR da best dude! :)
