Notes
The Duerksen Family Records give his date of birth as 1798. There are two
baptism dates listed in Tragheimerweide, the one shown and also 1813. He was
known as "Oel Ohm." In the 1835 census, he is listed at Alexanderthal #11,
the home of his father.
