It's
time to track down the president with Tails'
Cyclone machine. Can you catch him in time?

 From
the beginning of the stage you'll be racing
off with Tails. It's the same level design
you'll use when playing the Kart races.
 When
going fast, steer clear of wide turns or
you'll bump into walls.
A
few areas have separate roads to the side.
They have one big balloon that will give you a
boost option when you pop it. Press the
"Y" button to use the boost. When
collecting 20 rings you can also get a boost.
There's
one nice ramp in this level. Press forward and
fly through the air. You'll even get a boost
balloon.
You
won't stay in daylight all the time as you may
go through several tunnels in the game. Other
vehicles are on the road with you. So, you can
either be nice and simply pass. Or, knock'em
right off the road!
When
it's all over you'll find the president's
black limousine.
