Dragonair
Adept dragoon who was recently named High General of the Aegean military
after the assassination of Sir Isaac the Cursed. Before then, he worked
alongside the military, often with the regiment of fellow dragoon Magpie,
in its most dangerous missions. It is generally accepted that the two are
brother and sister and likely twins, although no one knows any definite
childhood history relating the two. Often wonders about their late mother,
from whom he believes he inherited a relatively weak but natural control
over the fabric of time and space. Last seen commanding an elite force
investigating the area at and around Mt. Fenris.
