This is Cherryvale's first year of high school wrestling and only two of our wrestlers have had any experience prior to now. They have made great strides during the season and continue to improve with every match. We are the only 3A school in southeast Kansas that wrestles which means every week we have to wrestle schools larger than us and with more experience. 7 freshmen are on our varsity squad and with their hard work we have a chance to compete for many titles in the years to come.
