"Mom are we there yet?" Julie asked for the fifth time in 2 minutes.
"SHUT UP JULIE!!!" yelled Melissa and Megan in a unsion.
"Girls stop fighting! We will be there in 30 minutes. Can we please just try and get along until we get there!?" Begged Peggy, their mother.
Sitting back Julie put on her headphones and watched the Oklahoma plains go by. Julie being 3 years younger than her 14 y/o twin sisters, she felt very left out.
Moving to a new, larger town makes the girls feel more terrified than ever. Coming from a small Kansas town kept them from a bigger life.
30 minutes later they pulled up to their new house and were in awe! Their new street, 77th street was very peaceful so it seemed.
"Well lets get indide and see what we got ourselves into," joked Mr. Sharpe.
The twins got inside and walked up the stairs to pick their rooms. With Julie following behind. Going to the 3rd floor the twins finally picked their room.
"Wow, Melissa this looks great! It has a balcony and a bathroom and everything. We are sharing this room! Its huge."
"Ya ok sure! Hey Megan come look at those girls...I wonder how old they are," Melissa was looking out at the neighbors yard watching the kids rollerblade.
"Lets go ask when the funiture will be here," As they said that, they saw the u-haul making its way up the drive-way.
"What time is it?" Julie asked Megan. It is 9:55.
THe twins and Julie were just gettting the last box unpacked for Julies room. "Hey Julie turn on the tv and see what kind of starions they have down here." said Melissa
They came across the starion that looked like MTV."Yes, something good about this town,"said Megan. Just then a buzz clip came on. "Cool a buzz clip," Megan said while sitting down on the bed. Only one thought came to Julies mind 'wow that drummer is pretty cute.' when the clip was over Melissa said, "Wow they are pretty good, did you guys catch their name?"
"Nope I didn't" Megan said
"Darn," Melissa said and went back to her box.
You guys hungry??" asked Megan
"FAMISHED!!!"said Melissa"Lets go see waht mom and did brought with us." They ran down the stairs and found their parents walking through the door with a SUPER LARGE peporrni and pineapple pizza (AN: U HAVE TO TRY IT! ITS YUMMY!!! SPESSIALLY FROM PIZZA HUT!!!)
"Oh yummy" said a starving Julie. They ate the pizza then went upstairs to bed in their new house.
The next moring the twins were up early getting their room finished. Julie was helping them. They still had to hook up their computer, plug in the cable for their TV, and find the box of cds that must have gotten switched with their parents boxes.
"OK, almost got it" said their father, Brian, who was setting up the computer for the girls. Afterthe girls got everything done and found they decided to go down stars and see waht there was to do. "Well we mostly got everything done down here yesterday and this morning. Why dont u go for a walk or something. Nothing for u to do around here."said Mrs. Sharpe
So Julie, Megan , and Melissa started out the door to take a walk.
"Hey look, there those girls we saw yesterday. Lets go say HI to them." said Melissa So the 3 girls headed next door to meet their new neighbors.
As they headed closer and closer to the neighbors house, Megan noticed that the girls didnt look like girls anymore. Actually, they looked more like boys as she thought about it
They went up to them and Megan started off by saying "HI, we just moved in next door. Im Megan, This is my twin sis Melissa and our little sister Julie."
"HI"said the oldest one "Im Isaac, this is Taylor and Zac. How old r u girls?"
"Well Megan and I are 14, and Julie is 11"commented Melissa"What abour u?"
"Taylor is is 14, Zac is 11 and Im 16."said Isaac
"Where did u move from?"asked Taylor
We moved here from Kansas"said Megan
So what are you girls doing, just walking?"asked Zac
Ya our mom told us to get out of the house so we thought we ould just take a walk and see how we like Tulsa."said Julie
Well would u like for us to show u around"asked Isaac
"Sure that would be great!!!"said Julie
As they headed off twards the middle of Tulsa, Julie and Zac totally hit it off, "So how do u like Tulsa so far?" asked Zac
"Its great" Finally, someone I can actually talk to! Julie thought
Gosh im hungry" said Megan while looking at her watch "Its already 1:30. How bout some food ya'll!?"
"Sounds good to me" Said Isaac"I know a great chinese Restraunt"
"OH yummy chinese" said a hungry Melissa.
"OK, follow is, its not to far from here"said Taylor
"After lunch we can go to the mall which is just a couple of blocks away from the restraunt"said Zac.
Arriving at the restraunt... "Hello.Welcome to Big Wong, how many will be in ur party?"asked the waitress
"um 6"isaac said.
"ok right this way please"
After they got seated they looked at their menus and ordered their food.
*hahaha*...they were all laughingt at Zacs wackiness while they finished their Dinner.
"Hey what time is it?"asked Tay
"It is 3:00"answered Megan
"Are we all ready to go to the mall?"
"Yep ill pay!"said Melissa (AN: this would not be true!! melissa is a very big cheapy! she would never volunteer to pay for anything-Meg)
"NONONO our treat"said Isaac
"Are you sure Isaac?"
"Of course!"
"Well ok we will pay u back later ok?"
"ok" Then they left to go to the mall.
When they arrived at the mall they decided to split up into three groups because they all wanted to go somewhere different. So Julie and Zac went to Gadzooks, Taylor and Melissa went to the Gap and Megan and Isaac went to Musicland. They all decided to meet at the food court at 5:00.
"So anything in particular u looking for?" asked Isaac
"Nope just looking around, seeing if anything new is out."said Megan
"Cool. What kind of music do u like??"
"um..i mostly like pop/rock but ill listen to anything with a good beat. Anything except heavy metal and alternative. What about you?" Said Megan
"Well i like the same as you and i also listen to old 50 60 rock and roll hits!!!" said Isaac
"Cool" commented Megan"Well im done here lets go look around."
" OK fine with me!!!"
They walked out of the store and headed off to look around at the other stores.
"So, do you miss your old town?"asked Isaac
"Totally.I dont think I will ever get over leaving Colby. Its the only town i ever lived in and I loved it."
"Ya, what will be the one thing u are ganna miss about Colby?"
"All my friends. I should call them when I get home. Candi was so upset when we left, I really hope she doesn't go into a depression mood"said Megan
"Ya It would be hard to move away from your friends and the town you lived in all your life."said Isaac
"yep it is"said Megan
"So Taylor what school do you go to?"asked Melissa
"Well actually my whole family is homeschooled."said Taylor
"Really? How neat. How many people are in your family?"
"Well theres Isaac, me, Zac, Jessica, Avery, and Mackenzie. So that makes 6 of us kids then there is mom and dad!!!"said Taylor.
WOW! i wish i had that many siblings. But all i have is Megan and Julie."said Melissa"Hey theres the Gap, lets go in now"
They went into Gap and looked around a little.
"So are you going to buy anything Melissa?"asked Taylor
"NA! Lets go look around the mall a little more. We still have a half/hour"said Melissa
They went around looking at the other stores for the rest of the time they still had.
"Hey Julie...Look at this thing, its so..um..weird"
"What is it?"
"I have no idea. Wait push that button there." Julie pushed the button. Just then something flew out of the weird contraption.
"Woah what was that!!!"said Zac
"Its candy. Wow cool im ganna buy one. you?"said Julie
"Me too. What time is it?"asked Zac
"Its 5:05. Uh oh were late, lets go pay for these and get to the food court"said Julie
"Where are those two!?"said Isaac"we need to get home."
"OUCH! What the heck!" Turning around Taylor saw Zac and Julie standing their with a Mischevious grin on their face.
"OOPS!Sorry Tay-bear"said Zac
"You better be sorry you little punk" Taylor went after Zac but Zac was to quick for Taylor to get ahold of him.
"OK guys we really dont need a dead Zac now do we. So we should really get home now. It might be getting dark here soon."said Melissa
So they headed back to 77th street. Gosh what an awesome day thought Megan.
