My favorite things about the 60s-80s
My site contributed to the 60s-80s. A time of peace, love, and long hair. Rock bands such as Lynard Skynard, Janis Jopelin, and Jimmy Hendrix were at the top of the charts. The Vietnam War was going on. And the fashions were out of this world! Woodstock was one of the main events of the decade.
The clothes is one of the things that interest me. Some of them have come back in style. Bell-bottom jeans,peace signs,and flower designs are some.
Other main events are; J.F.K was assasinated. The Beatles were the rave,and girls were beginning to play sports.
Disco clubs were a cool place to hang out and dance. Clubs such as Studio 54 were hard to get in to.
The music changed as the years went on.First it was sock hop. Then the wave of disco came.Then disco was rejected and rock'n'roll came into place.
