Fresh Berry Casserole
Ingredients:

100g----------------Strawberries
100g----------------Rasberries
100g----------------Blueberries
B
60g-----------------Sugar
1/2 cup-------------Water
C
2-------------------Egg yoke
3 tablespoon--------Sugar
1 cup---------------Fresh Cream
1 tablespoon--------Rum
Little----------------Powdered Sugar
Little----------------Butter
- Make syrup with B.
- Take the calyx (stems) off the strawberries.
- Put ingredients A in a bowl and sprinkle the syrup.
- Leave them for one hour.
- Spread butter in a casserole.
- Put C in a bowl and beat them with a hand mixer until it becomes a white cream.
- In another bowl, add fresh cream and beat until it becomes whipped cream.
- Mix 6, 7, and Rum.
- Insert half of it into the casserole.
- Put the berries in the casserole.
- Cover it with the remaining berries.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on the casserole.
- Heat for 15 minutes at 200C.
