Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients:


250g--------------------Strawberries

A
1 tablespoon------------Sugar
2 teaspoon--------------Rum

B
10g---------------------Gelatin
4 tablespoon------------Water

C
80g---------------------Sugar
1/2 Cup-----------------Water

1 tablespoon------------Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup-----------------Cream

D
1/3 Cup-----------------Cream
1/2 tablespoon----------Sugar
1 teaspoon--------------Rum

(Fresh Strawberries for decoration)

  1. Wash the strawberries and take off the calyx (stems).
  2. Put the strawberries into the food processor and make a sauce.
  3. Put 4 tablespoons of water into a small container and sprinkle the gelatin in the same container.
  4. Put Mixture C in a small pan and heat it until the sugar melts.
  5. Cool it down.
  6. Prepare a large bowl of ice water and put another smaller container into it.
  7. Put the strawberry sauce and lemon juice into the small container.
  8. Gradually insert Mixture C (Melted sugar).
  9. Mix it until it thickens and becomes hard.
  10. Whip some cream.
  11. Mix the cream and the thickend sugar mixer and place in a container.
  12. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  13. Then decorate it with the left over strawberries.
