Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients:
250g--------------------Strawberries
A
1 tablespoon------------Sugar
2 teaspoon--------------Rum
B
10g---------------------Gelatin
4 tablespoon------------Water
C
80g---------------------Sugar
1/2 Cup-----------------Water
1 tablespoon------------Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup-----------------Cream
D
1/3 Cup-----------------Cream
1/2 tablespoon----------Sugar
1 teaspoon--------------Rum
(Fresh Strawberries for decoration)
- Wash the strawberries and take off the calyx (stems).
- Put the strawberries into the food processor and make a sauce.
- Put 4 tablespoons of water into a small container and sprinkle the gelatin in the same container.
- Put Mixture C in a small pan and heat it until the sugar melts.
- Cool it down.
- Prepare a large bowl of ice water and put another smaller container into it.
- Put the strawberry sauce and lemon juice into the small container.
- Gradually insert Mixture C (Melted sugar).
- Mix it until it thickens and becomes hard.
- Whip some cream.
- Mix the cream and the thickend sugar mixer and place in a container.
- Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Then decorate it with the left over strawberries.
