Uzaki, up close and personal
Uzaki is a very nice person, although she lacks some common sense. That's a nice way to say she's ditzy. She attends Umigeko. Although the family of Mercury has been known to be "braniacs", Uzaki is a definate exception. However, her attacks as Mercury seem powerful, but are quite the opposite. As you will come to see when she is around.
Attacks, Powers, Etc.
Mercury Neo Power, Make up
Uzaki says this to transform into Neo Sailormercury.
She raises her blue wand and it shows her forehead
glowing with the sign of Mercury, her body backs up
and her eyes are closed. A beam of blue energy shoots
from the sign and then splits, it then crashes down
around her, and a flash occurs, when it leaves, she is in
her sailor fuku, she then does the Original Mercury stance.
Ice Funnel
This is Neo Sailormercury's defensive attack. She raises her
hands and ice forms around them, it then spirals around her,
forming a funnel and then flies up off of her and at the target,
freezing them instantly.
Ocean Freeze
This is Neo Sailormercury's offensive attack. She says this
as she spins, forming a ball of water in her hands, she then stops
and a wave spews forth from the ball then freezes the target
in place when it hits it.
