Sora, up close and personal
Sora is a very nice, somewhat brash girl. She attends Kasei Private Girl's
Academy and is close friends with Setsu. She can be at times, totally uncaring,
but that is normally to her targets. As Neo Uranus, she is the same, but less
merciful.

Uranus Neo Power, Make up
Sora says this to transform into Neo Sailoruranus.
She says this and raises her golden wand, a string
of golden energy twists up and around her, then it
straightens and widens, forming a funnel, it vanishes
and shows her in her fuku, then she does her stance.
Sky Scorch
This is Neo Uranus' defensive attack.
She raises her hand as a beam of scorching
golden energy forms and shoots it at her
target, burning the target.
Heavenly Tide
This is Neo Uranus' offensive attack.
She says this, both hands raised, and a
wave of golden energy forms and rumbles
at her target, shaking the earth as it does
and hits the target with incredible force,
knocking them off their feet.
