Shizuka, up close and personal
Shizuka is a silent and somewhat dark girl. She attends Kasei Private Girl's Academy with Biimyo and Sora. Shizuka can be much like her mother and not need
to transform to become Neo Saturn, but she normally does. She also has the power to be reborn and to heal. As Neo Saturn, she is
very merciless and hardly lets any of her victims go.

Saturn Neo Power, Make up
Shizuka says this to transform into Neo Sailorsaturn.
A violet string of energy circles her diagonally on her
left side, then one on the right, then they straighten
and widen, forming a funnel, then it fades, showing her
in her fuku, and she does her stance.
Silent Wind Oppose
This is Neo Saturn's defensive attack.
She whispers this, her eyes close and she
raises the Silence Glaive, swirling it and
pointing it at her target, then a wind blows
around her, collecting the violet energy
emitting from the Glaive as it blows around
her, forming a circle about her. Then the
violet wind flies out at her target, circling
them and killing them instantly.
Silent Wisps Slash
This is Neo Saturn's offensive attack.
She whispers this, her eyes close and her
hair temporarily grows and cuts itself back
to normal length, the edges become sharp
and fly at her targets, slashing and cutting
at them. This is much like "Death Ribbon
Revolution", but not too much of a copy.
