Kin is a very silent girl. She hardly says a word. She attends
Sei/Mei and is best friends with Usa-chan. She is Neo Venus, but
doesn't do much, because her attacks are very powerful. Still,
she makes it a habit to appear each time they are under attack.

Kin says this to transform into Neo Sailorvenus.
Kin's forehead is shown glowing with the sign of Venus,
a bright orange light emites from her wand and spirals
down to the floor them flares up and encases her in light
and fashes and when it's gone, she is in her fuku and
does her stance.
Cresent Glare
This is Neo Venus' defensive attack.
She closes her eyes and raises her left
arm, pointer finger extended and then her
eyes snap open, they are glowing orange and
she then is enveloped in a orange aura and
two beams shoot from her eyes and knock
the targets out, as well as blinding them.
Cresent Flame
This is Neo Venus' offensive attack.
She closes her eyes and raises her left
arm, pointer finger extended and then her
eyes snap open, they are glowing orange and
she then is enveloped in a orange aura and
flames form from the aura and burn her targets.
