Chi, up close and personal
Chi is a nice and funny guy, and is twin to his brother, Shi. And yes, he is gay, like his parents. (No pun intended :) Shi, Chi, and Setsu are close, and when Chi becomes Neo Sailorganymede, nothing chances. Still, he can be a little ditzy, but who isn't? He attends Umigeko, like his brother and Setsu do.

Ganymede Neo FireStar Power, Make up
Chi says this to transform into Neo Sailorganymede.
He says this, raising his deep red wand and balls of fire
fly out of the wand and circle around him, a red mist follows,
it covers his body and then the balls of fire swirl around more
and then they touch his body at once. A flash occurs and then
he is in his sailor fuku. He then does his stance.
Ganymede Flare Stars Coagulate
This is Neo Ganymede's defensive attack.
He says this and clashes his ringlets together
and a huge flame appears in his hands, it turns
into stars of fire and fly at his target, singing them
badly. This attack can be mixed with Neo Oceanus'
making the attack more powerful, but it is still powerful
on it's own.
