Aishi, up close and personal
Aishi is a really nice and kind girl. She attends Umigeko. Aishi loves Bruno Kei and she is also really close with him. She is normally shy around guys, but is not with Kei. As Neo Pluto, she is very defensive, but doesn't attack much.

Pluto Neo Power, Make up
Aishi says this to transform into Neo Sailorpluto.
She raises the wand and a mauve string of energy
swirls down from above her around her and straightens
and widens, then flashes and she appears in her fuku,
she then does the Pluto stance, with the Time Staff in
her hands.
Time Fall
This is Neo Pluto's defensive attack.
She yells this as a blanket of red, black,
and purple billows out over her targets,
knocking them unconscious.
Chrono Touch
This is Neo Pluto's offensive attack.
She yells this holding up the Time Staff
as black and red energy jolts fly out,
blowing her targets off their feet.
