Tribute to Benji our beloved poodle

Because you were all fur.

You were with us for 11 years.

You died peacefully

And without any pain,

You were very sick for a short time

And there were no hopes for cure.

I loved you very much,

And you loved us on your own way.

You protected your humans,

Daniel Christian and Thomas,

And the rest of the family,

Even when you could not

Walk any more.

Cindy was your soul mate,

And you had beautiful children.

You never loved to be hugged,

But you loved,

When I was stroking your chest.

You loved lying on my neck,

While riding in the car.

You could never

Learn to love the crate.

You loved every kind of fruit,

But your favorite treat was chocolate.

You hated cats,

And loved chasing chipmunks.

You teached me a lot about

Owning a Poodle.

You were aggressive sometimes,

But I know why,

Because you had epilepsy.

You did not want me to groom you,

But Daddy can do it with no problem.

You were teached a little,

But learned a lot in life,

And you showed that to us.

You learned a couple tricks,

But I like most

When you could throw the food up

From your nose,

And catch it without

Falling to the ground.

You were obedient,

And we were proud of you.

You could jump into my arm

By bending just my knees.

You loved the show,

And you always amazed me there.

Like when I dropped the leash,

But you just wouldn’t stop,

You went up to the Judge,

Turned around and started walking,

The way you were supposes to.

You become a

Junior Hungarian Champion

When you were 15 months old, and a

Canadian Champion in your prime

When you were 8 years old.

You loved to play

With your squeaky toy,

And catching it flying.

You never begged,

When you wanted something.

You just sat there,

And waited for your turn.

You loved playing in the snow Especially, when you have to

Find your toy in it.

You loved to swim so much

That it was even scary to me.

I miss you and

I will never forget you.

You were my first fury baby,

And you will stay in my heart forever.
